More clear and concise communication from all members of the team. On numerous occasions I sent an email, and it would go a week without a response. This did not help in getting the proper documents in order quickly. We found the portal to also be rather confusing, not knowing when we signed something, and we would receive multiple emails regarding the same thing within minutes of each other (duplicate emails).
