We had a FHA 203K loan. Needless to say, it was an extremely complicated, tedious, and dragged out process. Our settlement date was pushed back twice; and as two 20 year olds, we were beginning to lose faith in the securement of our loan. However, Jeff and his team worked incredibly hard and did so much to make our dream of owning our first home come true. They answered our -very many- questions, quickly and consistently.
