Jeff provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced. He was one of the recommended vendors with our real estate agent and as soon as we reached out to him he responded back immediately. He was willing to set up appointments on the weekends as our work schedules kept us busy during the week. He met with us and explained things in detail every step of the way right up until we settled on our new home!

Jeff was always willing to work with us even at odd hours or weekends. He made everything easy to understand and was patient with us even through difficult times. He did not try to push anything on us and really worked with us. The price in the ling run was cheaper than going with NFCU and when we would budget a certain amount for closing costs or this or that, somehow it always came out less than we expected. Jeff is a great guy and the team helped the process go smoothly...
