Most of the time Jeff would respond to my emails very quickly. As soon as we found a house he wold help by stating to crunch numbers to ser if we stayed in our price how much we wanted to spend each month. He did great with communication between email and if things were just a little confusing in email then he would call me right away to explain what was going on.
