I donít do surveys typically. I wanted to make sure to do this one to say how amazing of a job Jim did. He was always a phone call away, anytime of day it seemed. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also locked my loan at the absolute perfect time. Even when I moved on in the process to others for finalizing the transaction, he still helped me with questions If I were borrowing again Iíd only want to talk with him about it.
