Jim was super engaged throughout the process, and incredibly patient explaining (and re-explaining) concepts to me. This was my first time buying a home so there was a lot I didn't know about. I never felt like I was taken by surprise because at each step, Jim would tell me what was coming and what things may potentially need extra attention. He regularly checked in, and was always available when I had any questions or concerns. I can't imagine a better home loan experience.

Jim was fast, knowledgeable, and always available. Often I would see an email regarding my loan, and within 3 minutes Jim was calling to talk about what I was looking at, what my options were, and what my next steps would be.

Jim, Rendell and Brianna were absolutely amazing. The last two years have been the most difficult years of my life and as I began to see if buying a house at this time could be a reality. As I began to try and remove the negative out and the positive in, I was referred to Jim. Those negative vibes hanging around me started to dissipate as his confidence in my situation in buying this house grew. He knew that this was a reality well before I did. Jim has been super responsive even after normal business hours. I can tell that he loves his job. As a first time home buyer he explained things great to me. I would love to go into great detail about how much he has helped me but there is only a 500 character limit on here. Take my word and use Jim Conway.

I had lots of questions and Jim always answered in a timely fashion. Our close was on time and he would call me every so often with updates and timelines. He made the whole process very smooth. I would recommend Jim again and again!!
