Jim was excellent. He was on top of every aspect of the home purchase along with our agent Denise. The houses we were looking at were on the edge of our affordability range. He kept track of changes in the market and our situation and he contacted us to make sure we were aware when we could afford "more house". He is available all of the time, replies quickly, answers all of your questions, gives you all of the numbers and scenarios and is on top of everything. Highly Recommended!!!!
