What made it great was Jim. Jim is very personable, answered all questions thoroughly and ensured that I new why I was signing every document. He was always in contact to keep me aware of where we were in the process and when there were any glitches. When things got a bit crazy with the builder, he worked with them to obtain the required documents while easing my mind that everything would work out. Jim helped lessen what what could have been a much more stressful process. Thanks Jim!

This is the second time I have used Jim and I must say, I made a mistake and tried to use someone else (it was a disaster!) Jim will always be by go to guy.
