Jim exceeded all expectations! Heís extremely knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, and is an all around great communicator. He knows the process backwards and forwards and got me from accepted offer to closing in 19 days (and this was on a VA loan!). I wouldnít consider using anyone other than Jim on any future loans and Iíll recommend anyone reading this to do the same. You will not be disappointed!
