Jo Ann is very pleasant and professional, her communication with me through this process was very good, even when she was away on vacation she managed to make sure things were done. The only thing that I dislike was that she promised me to have me closed on this property(which it wasn't move in ready) in three weeks, got her every doc right away and I prepared for it by hiring contractors to get it ready and even set up school for my son for this new district and this process took 5 weeks :-(
