The fact that I lack in time an attention to matters I can be one sided an a whole list of other things. Overall with working with my deadlines and my needs .. Wished my lender would have been present instead of assistant showing who does know me. Very stressful process but Joe was flexible and accommodating.

As a first time home buyer the entire process was foreign to me. Joeseph made the entire process easy to understand and thoroughly explained anything I had questions with or didnít get. Joe and I have worked together several times now and my clients live him as do I. He really gives a personalized service that many lenders donít. He meets with the buyers to really understand their needs, go through all their options and then finds the best loan program for them. He is a great communicator letting everyone involved know where they are in the loan process and what to expect next.
