I feel like our questions were not always directly answered and it took some back and forth to get the answer we were looking for. There were some delays on PRMI's side that pushed back our closing date and we weren't notified until mere hours before closing. There could be better communication in the future.

Bad Communication and the team doesn't seem to be working well together. Sent my documents over and over again when it wasn't necessary. Also, quotes didn't match the final number at closing at all!
