Your underwriters need to pay attention to their inbox when something arrives, instead of delaying the loan. When Lindsey Sain requested something from us we sent it immediately to her through Octane. Sometimes responding within minutes of receiving her request. For example, one item she requested a second time was our marriage certificate. She sent us another request a full week later implying that we were holding up our loan.
