Everyone was very friendly and professional with timely responses. However, When we began the refinance process, Josh advised us not to make our March mortgage payment because we would settle by the end of the month and the loan would be paid in full. Unfortunately he forgot that there's a 3 day window after closing before the loan gets paid. So even though we closed on the 29th, the loan wouldn't be paid until the 2nd. So we had to scramble to pay March so we didn't get hit with an over 30 day
