I'm really big on customer service and Kaoru handles this skill like a savant. I think since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, customer service suffered greatly. Kaoru doesn't adhere to these lax standards, impressing me at every juncture. He is patient and an awesome communicator, often times explaining complex information in simple terms.
