I knew from the beginning that my loan would be very difficult to get approved. Kaoru would tell me time and time again that we would figure everything out and to not worry. Settlement almost fell through at the very end, but he somehow managed to figure everything out. Kaoru worked hard and fast on this loan. My biggest concern was having a place for my dogs to go and he took that very seriously and now my dogs have a house to go home to. Kaoru is the best!
