Kaoru was excellent to work with. Always available and willing to do what was necessary to complete the transaction. Knowledgeable and courteous. We had a delay in closing but it was not due to anything that he did not complete. He worked diligently to try to get what was needed from the buyer to stay on track with the settlement date.
