USAA was giving me the runaround by delaying my closing date constantly as well as asking for unreasonable amounts of paperwork, adding unnecessary costs and being extremely disrespectful. I was referred to Kelli by my realtor and she immediately jumped on the case. She had everything transferred over to her within a day or two and she worked extremely hard to ensure I closed on my house as soon as humanly possible.
