I had the seller. It was my understanding that an early December closing date was in the original contract based on lender confidence. We did still close in December, but extended longer than seller had wanted. And, after multiple requests, the appraisal was not delivered until closing ... it was never explained to me why it was not released sooner. Thank you

We went through a difficult situation due to project was not approved by AHFC nor VA, as well as FHA. We found out at the later stage of the loan process, Kelli and her team went beyond and above to work with the HOA and VA to get the project approved and helped pay for the interest rate lock extension. The buyer and seller are happy after a lengthy process. Wonderful job. Thank you.
