I just loved working with this guy he was very friendly very understanding and extremely professional. He guided me every step of the way and he was open for communication even when he was off duty. I remember when he was off one weekend and I had a time frame where I had to do a lot of stuff and get a lot of paperwork and he was right there every second even though he was off the entire weekend. This is my second time dealing with ken. I originally purchased my house with Ken's help. I presented ken with what I feel was a difficult refinance. I had a few things going against me but Ken's experience prevailed. He tried everything possible to make sure our loan was approved. Would definitely recommend and go to again for future plans and refinances
