It wasnt Ken, it was the electronic paperwork and signing it. It jumped quickly and was hard to find the last pace signed, so I could understand what I was signing before signing the next one and he could not see the documents to go tgrough them until I signed them.

this took over 3 months; there was too much time without communication and wondered when and why closing wasn't happening at a speedier time frame?

There wasn't much explanation given. For example, we asked for the appraisal 3 times. The first two times there was no response at all the third time was a quick, you can have it when loan file is complete. No further detail to be sure we knew why. Also, there was no heads up as to when the money for payment of the appraisal was being taken from my bank account. I just happened to notice my account was missing $550.
