Mission Accomplished!! I was referred to Kim by my realtor. I already knew that I wanted to use a specific homebuyer program issued by the state of MD and discussed it with Kim. Once I submitted my pre-approval paper work we were able to get a ball park figure of my purchase price and monthly mortgage payment. I truly enjoyed my experience with Mr. Minor. First, let's face it, the mortgage process is not the most comfortable. When I was introduced to Mr. Minor, two other loan officers let me know (not nicely) that my difficult, complex, messy case was hopeless and I should wait a year and MAYBE try again. My experience with Mr. Minor was wonderful. I’m an auditor and therefore need to see a breakdown of funds with any transaction. In working with Kim, he had no problem providing that for me while answering questions. Because he took his time and was thoughtful of my requests, I recommended him to my mom. She in turn received the same wonderful experience.
As a first time home buyer, Kim was extremely helpful with assisting me in the process of securing my first mortgage. He walked me through each step and was always available to answer any questions that I may have had. He definitely keeps in touch with his customers beyond the purchase of their homes and is always willing to support his clients in various capacities. I also refinanced through him and will probably do so again!

I did not have the best credit scores or best credit to debt ratios. Mr Minor keep working to find a lender that would approve me. He is very good in keeping you update on what is happening with your loan.
