Kim and Kay were very helpful. They helped any time we needed it. I would have liked to have had a list of how things were going to progress so I knew the process a little better. I asked several times how much the loan was going to cost and I didn't get that answer until the end. We never spoke about "locking in" on a percentage rate, which I had done in the past. This was a very important part of the process as well as knowing how much it would cost for the loan.
