Kim was awesome when we needed an explanation of terms, understanding, details, etc. She understands the CA Fair Plan and the local area, which helped us navigate some challenges. She was always available when needed. The one area in which I am not sure this is Kim or the process is understanding the documents we need to sign and when. We did not know they were coming, so Kim had to do more explaining than if we were given an understanding of what was coming and why. The videos were too generic.
