Kristina was very on top of things all throughout the process. She was very responsive and communicative. She even mailed as a surprise gift after we closed! One thing I'll note though--there was a span when Kristina had to pass things off to an assistant, and I sometimes felt like our email communications with the assistant were unclear. But Kristina was wonderful!

My clients began their home search with another loan officer who wasn't able to underwrite the loan due to the property being subject to ground rent. Kristina picked up the ball from the previous loan officer and got our deal. Closed in two weeks. She was truly amazing.
