clients, the sellers, experienced a four day delay because your company, who had more than sufficient time to close this deal, did not do its job in a timely manner. Updates we're not given. Communication was terrible.

Kristina was OK, but loaner closing people were horrible. It took the Attorneys and myself to constantly push them to communicate. They kept trying to talk to someone that had not been at the firm for years. Closing paperwork was not completed until the last minute. At this time I will never use your firm again!

Closing date was missed due to papers being sent to sign on wrong day. Lots of paperwork we had to redo.. last minute we didnít know if our loan was going through. Little to no communication.

This is the first thing I have not liked. You need to include an option on this survey page that allows respondents to opt out of authorization.

I felt like everything was explained poorly with that I had to do everything twice or even 3 times and didn't feel like I'm moving forward at all. I was asked same questions sometimes up to four time that made it depressing for me. Next time I will try somebody else. But finally got it all through and love my place..

Communicating better she do not really help in any situation just wanted to move on and I did not receive any paperwork or talked about any paperwork
