The real estate and mortgage people worked as a team. They made sure I understood everything. They were very patient in explaining things to me. I had technical problems and both the real estate and mortgage side helped with it. They were flexible and understanding in solving my problems. Also- when there was signing deadlines they were willing to come to me on a Sunday and call me during off work hours. They showed me how committed they were in making everything go smoothly.
