The fact he got it done within two weeks, was great. Not all lender can provide that turn around time. My situation was inter to say the least. My original lender, prior to Mike, massively dropped the ball and we didn't end up finding out until the day I sold my home. So it was either closing on our original contract with Mike, or staying at my mothers for an indefinite amount of time.
