I have sent several emails explaining my issues and confusion which significantly contributed to severe stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, we caught her at a challenging time, and received less than the level of service we expected, especially regarding communication: emails/texts often went unanswered unless our realtor pressed, and replies left questions unaddressed. It didn't appear that her team was stepping up to support her. We trust that future clients will receive better service than we did.
