Ross was such a pleasure to work with. He was willing to drive out of his way just to explain the information and make me feel comfortable in the decisions I was making. I am not of the computer generation and he and his staff were very patient with explaining and sending me information on my loan. I would recommend Ross for your mortgage needs as I felt like he had my best interests at heart and worked towards getting my loan done in a timely manner in a very busy season.

Ross and Natalie were fantastic to work with. They were always quick to respond when we had questions. They took time to explain things and go through all of the details. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. We closed on time and were very happy with the whole process. We would happily work with them again and will definitley refer people their way.
