When I first thought about buying my first house, I felt overwhelmed by all the different factors and things that had to be done. Luckily, I had Scott who was very informative and made the process so streamlined and answered every questioned I could've had. We had a running joke that he was my therapist, because he listened whenever I was stressed and eased all my anxieties. I couldn't say enough good things about him and Primary Residential! He deserves a raise for how helpful he is!!

Scott was very patient when he went over our finances. I had several phone calls with him discussing it and he was never short or seemed like he was too busy for me. He kept going over and over and over things with me several times to make sure we were making good financial decisions. True pleasure to work with.

Scott stuck with us through the entire process from the initial inquiry to closing the loan. I really appreciate all the long days and weekends that he put into helping me and my family secure our dream home. Even when we considered working with another lender because of their low interest rates, Scott fought for our business and found a better option for us.
