Scott and/or his team always answered my questions promptly. When I became stressed with some of this process, he was patient with me. I felt supported at all times. Scott and the team that had my file had to deal with a lot. I know I wasn't the best client to work with, and had a lot of different issues go on in the course of the buying process. Scott was always available for phone calls even on his birthday and when he had family come to town. I hope that when I go to buy the next one I am able to work with Scott and the Prime team again! Thank you all for your hard work and getting on me when it was needed! Without you all, I would not be in my first home
