Scott was a poor communicator - he failed to keep us updated on the status of our loan, and did not give us confidence that our loan would close when some issues arose. We submitted our paperwork to Scott well in advance of our closing date, but Scott and his team failed to ensure they had what they needed for another 3 weeks, until the night before closing. He failed to communicate what was needed in a clear OR timely manner, causing our closing to be delayed and considerable stress.
