From our first phone conversation exactly 2 1/2 yrs before I actually purchased my home Mr. Scott was great. He assisted me with cleaning up my credit, he advise me on how I should save and spend during the process. He explained every thing in detail when I was not sure of his terminology & he never got upset. He is a very patient, calm, and collective individual. Even when I wanted to quit he always reassure me of the goal when many times the plan had to be adjusted. He never rushed the process
