As a first time homebuyer and curious engineer, I asked a lot of questions and was probably very annoying. Shirley (and Judy) were always quick to reply, gracious about my pestering, and patient while walking me through the process. Excellent communication and hearts of teachers. On top of that, we chose to convert from USDA to FHA 2 weeks before offer expired. They quickly and efficiently worked hard to check out every detail and get all the financing in place in time.
