The entire experience with Tim and his team felt more becoming part of a family. From day one, they were looking out for our best interests and went above and beyond to help us understand the loan process. They also were willing to give advice on first time home operation questions that my wife and I did not know. They were always available to call or e-mail and responded very fast.
