Todd was not very communicative regarding changes to my closing documents. I was not aware of the change in my deposit amount until I reviewed updated closing documents. While the change was not specifically an issue, communication regarding the change would have been greatly appreciated. Additionally, I was not aware that my closing documents reflected a less than 30 day window for my first mortgage payment.
