If you are looking for a lender and value communication, empathy, and knowledge, you may stop the search and talk to Valentina. It's easy to find LOs offering lower rates and charing you later for points. But it's very difficult to find someone like Valentina who dedicated so much time answering 199 questions until we felt comfortable with everything in our thick loan packet. She will never patronize you like some lenders do, so ask away questions. She's got experience and resources. Good luck.

From start to finish, Valentina's service was second to none. Valentina was more than what we could ask for in a lender. We had previously worked with someone where there was no personal communication or connection. Being able to talk to Valentina directly and have education given to us by her was extremely helpful in buying our home. There was so much to learn, being a first time home buyer and she walked us through each step.
