Valentina was amazing and available nights, weekends, and even on vacation on another continent. I asked her countless and absurd questions, and she answered every one without laughter or judgment. She was more like a friend rooting for you to find your perfect house than a loan officer closing a deal, and her approach made buying at a terrible time for interest rates eminently more bearable, even exciting.
