We had a very pleasant experience at our visit to Prime Brothers furniture.our salesman was very helpful and friendly. We've done business there before and will definitely do business with them again.
Wonderful staff. They were very understanding when I needed to return my two recliners (nothing wrong with the recliners they were just too big). When I came in to pick out my replacements, they were so friendly and helpful. When I need any furniture I will go to them for sure.
Quick and efficient purchase. We weren’t chased around the store by salesmen which is big for me. The material used on the sectional we bought was of good quality and their 10 year warranty was affordable and covered many cosmetic defects (pets, stains, tears, etc.)
Excellent service. From the moment I walked in the door and picked out the tables that I wanted, my sales person, Bill Morris, was very helpful, courteous and kind. I’ve always shopped at Prime Brothers….for one, the quality of the furniture is top notch and two…the sales people and cashier are always courteous and helpful’
Twice now, Prime Brothers replied to my review by posting my private information in their reply (that includes the price I paid! They have no business publicly posting that!). I had to delete my review twice now to get my info out of the public domain. They now get one star instead of 3 and that privacy breech will keep me from EVER returning!
