A pesar de que la mayoria se esmera en la atencion ,se echa a perder todo con los grandes tiempos de espera para ser atendidos lis ninos en el salon de 1 y 2 horas de espera Tanto padres como ninos se stresan y desesperan Si hicieran una adecuada distribucion de las citas de acuerdo a sus capacidades reales seria mejor No lo recomiendo si continuan con ese malogrado sistema de citas

La verdad no tengo palabras para describir el trato de la doctora y la asistente, si pudiera poner mil estrella y no cinco las pusiera ojala todos los que trabajan con niños fueran como son en esa clínica y tengo experiencia de otros lugares para expresarme como lo estoy haciendo, lo único que pido es que todo siga siendo así mas complacida imposible....

The wait time for a patient with an appointment was extremely long- over an hour. The waiting room was packed with people and young children were running, screaming, banging toys and stepping on/grabbing me and my son. My son has been a patient at this location for 12 years and ever since the new ownership, it has changed and become more of a factory than personal. The doctors are very nice but it has become so impersonal and about seeing as many patients as possible in a day.
I took my son 2 years ago to get braces.I was given a contract for 3700 dollars wish I payed in full.It include total treatment and the retainers.I was not able to take my child for a few months and when I went back to continue his treatment they told me I had to pay 900 extra for missing the visits.Since he was almost done with his treatment I told them to remove the braces then they told me that if I removed his braces I still had to pay 600 dollars for the retainers .The retainers wish were included in the 3700 I had alr... read more
