Convenient location. Covered storage roomy. Convenient location, easy access. Spacious covered parking for boat. Only drawback is only one trailer can be in space, regardless of size. Courteous customer service. Recently Lynn took care of repairing a leak at our space.

Excellent Customer Service The staff at the Cedar Point location, including Jennifer, were extremely helpful in providing me the details about the new StorSmart insurance changes. Their friendly attitude, knowledge about the insurance product, and willingness to get me the info I needed are valued by this customer!

Nice place but pricey. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. My only complaint is my monthly amount went up for no reason. I just feel like if you come in at a price you should keep that price until you leave. Its just buisness I guess but it doesn't mean I'm happy about it.
Pricing increases significantly each year! I have stored my RV at this facility for the past eleven years. The facility has changed ownership at least twice during that timeframe and the price for my rental space has more than doubled. The new owner has begun making some improvements of the roadways, gate malfunction, and drainage issues but more needs to be done. Overall extremely satisfied. We think the pricing may be a little high. Again, overall pleased with the facility and management. We donât really like that we have to pay additional insurance since we do insure our unit privately.
Good service Been a âtenetâ since July, 2010. Always clean and comfortable to work in the climate controlled environment. Wish access gate worked better.
