Everything about this facility worked out perfectly for me. Most of all, Bri in the office was so very helpful and informative and such an absolute delightful person to work with!
Seems like a good storage facility No one was there when we arrived. It was New Years Eve and didnât realize they were closing early.
I think this is a good place to store your things I just recently moved to this state, so I donât know too much to say but I was welcomed very pleasantly when I arrived the other day. The surrounding looked clean and I am impressed. I think I made the right choice.

Nice storage with under-handed fees. I think you should be ashamed to make people put mandatory insurance on their things in storage.
Pricing While I have no other issues with Prime Storage, the only issue is that tenants should receive emails in advanced of the storage prices being increased. Prices should not be raised due to renovations to the property. The tenants have nothing to do with this decision. While I agree there is always room for improvements to any type of property, the tenants should not have to be included in the companies decision to do so... Just my thoughts!
