A terrible experience so far, have my own ins coverage not being accepted by company. Have been charged without my consent for their ins coverage (when I have used my own ins for the last 10 yrs for all my storage needs) and they have locked me out since the day I moved in on Sept 20th. Am appalled, when I rented 3 spaces from them and have no access for a week to my belongings. This was perfect for my motorcycle storage and management let me park vehicale on property when I took out my bike . Curtis is was very professional and understanding to my storage needs. Highly recommend Prime!

Brianne L. And Curtis of the Brookfield location is amazing well I dealt w Brianne on the phone and she was spectacular so nice and genuinely willing to help me out. Also Curtis the manager over at that location is soooo nice and always willing to help out in anyway he can. I just rented a bigger space and upgraded so I'm a happy camper.

The whole process was easy. Marcus followed up the next day by phone to make a smooth transition. Update: after a month I received an email that my monthly rate was increasing over $100.
