Not Bad but could be better 1)Staff is relatively friendly and they do their jobs for the most part 2) I switched units, from a smaller unit to a larger unit. I wasn't offered a promotion because I was a current customer (I thought you should try to retain customer relationships, instead I felt like I was being penalized for being an existing loyal customer) 3) The unit i switched to is isolated in a wing of the building that has one elevator. Does Not Honor Advertized Policies This company is not responsive, and does not honor the terms on its website. I need a place to temporarily park my car. Despite it meeting the posted requirements on their website, they refused to let me park it, and no one answers their customer service number despite multiple calls.
