They have always been quite helpful and polite Clean safe facility with courteous office staff.
4 years and counting I been a tenant here for 4 years. I know my stuff is secure and safe in my unit. What more can i ask for? The staff always puts my needs first. They make the whole process easy and enjoyable. I don't have plans to move out.

Price Increase of almost 50% within just a few months! I appreciate the cleanliness, convenience, and security of the facility. Unfortunately, the rental price increased almost 50% within just a few months, which is outrageous. As a result, we will be liquidating our items in storage, and cancelling the rental as soon as we are able to do so.
Great company and employees helpful and I'm very satisfied. Overall I would used them again if I need to store anything. Jacqueline is very helpful great customer service.
The unit was the correct size for my needs Jacqueline was very helpful and guided me to the correct sized unit.
Convenient bin size not what I expected, have 5x5 storage unit in Lebanon that is bigger for the exact same price at this storage company.
Mouse droppings Mouse droppings on everything. On last visit noticed traps were distributed over area. Plan on removing items when possible. Price changes unsettling.

Over priced! You raise prices after a year. I have 2 United paying over $300. I am moving ASAP. You are way over priced and gouge customers.
