Bad security Bad customer service, your stuff is not important

Customers are always first More customer service training, the heat is not on in the building and not sure why. I paid for a heat controlled unit. It is freezing cold and dirty in the building and there are not enough carts to use. Invest on the side of the buildings as well as outside. Pricing went up and service went down!!ððð
Dirty and gates always broken The entire month of September 2020 I couldnât move anything from my unit because the elevator was broken. It is where I store ALL of my fall/ Halloween/ Christmas decor. It was very frustrating that I couldnât get answers from anyone. The gates in and out of the facility are always broken. I never feel safe going there myself. There are always people lurking and sitting in their units. If there was another facility close to me I would definitely move.
