Great customer service! Very easy to do an online rental and sign your rental lease. I was a bit nervous because I was renting storage through Sparefoot and they appeared to be a third party site but when I talked to someone directly at Prime Storage they confirmed my rate plus my 2 free months, no problems. Check in was easy at Prime and the space was good. I did leave 4 stars for cleanliness because it had some sand on the floor and the on site person offered to sweep it out but I declined. Great price! Awesome price and easy access!
So far I am very happy with the facility and the service . The customer service was great ; I had been given a space that wasnât going to work and the manager quickly worked to resolve this problem and put me in a spot that is working out great !!
