Office help has always been there with a smile! I never have to worry about my storage units. The office is always alert & follows their rules. Grounds are kept clean.
It is very convenient. The times are great and very convenient. Its right next to where I live.
Best Price! Awesome place! Customer service was very friendly and helpful with determining what storage space was better for me. The area is very clean and spacious. I was very happy knowing that there is no contract and I can cancel at anytime hassle free. I will definitely recommend Prime Storage to friends and family.
Ridiculous Rent Increase I understand the need for raising rents as everything is sky-rocketing; however, jacking rent up nearly $25 is ridiculous. As soon as summer hits, I will be shopping around for a cheaper location. As for the unit and premises, they are incredibly clean, and I always feel safe while there. Those factors are the SOLE reason I have yet to immediately remove everything from my unit and cancel.
