Excellent in every way!!!!! From the moment I first contacted them, they treated me as a very valuable guest. They were polite,friendly and extreamly professinal. They even went out of their way to accomidate and make me very comfotable when I had to make changes to my move in date two times. Once I did arrive I was greated by a sweet woman with a big smile. There is no grace period or discount for advance payment I was one dollar short paying the rent one month, I did not realize until the GM called to tell me. I asked if I could just pay the extra dollar on the next month, and was told that would be okay. One week later began the harassing texts, emails and calls calling my payment late. They cut my lock, and threatened eviction because of one dollar (following five of on time payment), I was charged a late fee, and a cut lock and replacement fee.
